Salvatore Jeraci

Sal Jeraci is a senior member of Barings’ Global Direct Lending Group. He is responsible for originating, structuring, executing, analyzing and managing North American private finance investments. Sal has worked in the U.S credit industry since 2009. Prior to joining Barings in 2022, he was a principal at Medley Management in their direct lending group where he focused on sponsor backed middle market credit. Prior to Medley, Sal was a vice president on the investment team at Harvest Capital Credit Corp, a publicly traded business development company with a focus on senior and subordinated debt. Before joining Harvest, he held leveraged finance positions at RBS Citizens, Scotia Capital, and CIT Group. Sal received an MBA from Fordham University and has a BS in finance from Siena College where he was a recognized Division I football player.
